Western Pacific Renal Network, LLC (Network #17) would like to invite all ESRD professionals to attend our annual symposium, “The Evolution of ESRD Care” – Innovations for the New Decade." This event is a great opportunity to hear expert speakers talk about best practices and latest innovations in the care of ESRD patients.
At the symposium, Network #17 will recognize Fistula First "Best Practice” facilities. These facilities have demonstrated exemplary efforts in increasing the number of patients utilizing AV Fistula. The awards will be presented by Dr. Lawrence Spergel, a long time advocate of AV Fistula use among dialysis patients and the first Clinical Chairman of the Fistula First Breakthrough Initiative (FFBI).
Continuing Education Credits:
Network #17 is an approved Continuing Education Provider by the California Board of Registered Nursing CEP #15471. Upon completion of required documents, Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs/LPNs), and Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) attending this event will be awarded 6.0 Continuing Education (CE) contact hours.
Network #17 is an approved Continuing Education Provider by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences PCE #4595. Upon completion of required documents, Social Workers (SWs) attending this event will be awarded 6.0 Continuing Education (CE) contact hours.
This symposium is an accredited Continuing Education activity by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Upon completion of required documents, Registered Dietitians (RDs) attending this event will be awarded 6.0 Continuing Education (CE) contact hours.
